American Express Travel Counselor will provide exceptional Customer Service:
- Giving Card members timely, accurate and relevant travel information.
- Managing Card member expectations.
- Delivering service above and beyond expectations.
- An understanding of Premium Travel related areas such as geography and products.
Minimum Qualifications
- 2 years of travel working experience.
- SABRE or AMADEUS GDS is a must.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English is a must.
- Availability to work from 6 am to midnight, including Saturday & Sunday (days Off will be arranged based on schedule assigned).
