we're looking for a strategic, creative, and hands-on senior marketing manager to lead our brand & brand experience efforts across latin america.
this role will be critical in bringing the hotmart brand to life in ways that are consistent, engaging, and culturally relevant.
you will be responsible for building and evolving the brand strategy, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and leading brand experiences—both physical and digital—that resonate deeply with our audiences.
you will also be expected to lead cross-functional teams and stakeholders, inspiring others through clear vision, collaboration, and accountability.
this position requires strong leadership and influencing skills to align regional and global strategies.
key responsibilities develop and lead the brand strategy for latin america, ensuring alignment with global brand positioning and business goalsstrengthen the brand foundation across the region, applying and localizing tone of voice, messaging frameworks, and visual identity guidelineslead and mentor internal team members and cross-functional collaborators, fostering a culture of creativity, ownership, and excellencelead integrated brand campaigns and storytelling initiatives that drive awareness, preference, and emotional connection with the hotmart brandmanage and evolve brand experience initiatives, including our podcasts, youtube channel, and other content platformsoversee the strategy and execution of key branded events and sponsorships in latam, ensuring consistency, impact, and alignment with local prioritiesdevelop compelling content, social media strategies and its execution to ensure a cohesive narrative across all channelsidentify opportunities to increase brand visibility and love in latin american markets through both traditional and innovative formatstrack and report on brand health metrics and campaign performance to optimize efforts and drive continuous improvementwhat we're looking for 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on brand strategy, brand experience, and integrated campaignsexperience in latam markets and deep understanding of cultural nuances, behaviors, and media landscape in the regionstrong storytelling and creative thinking skillsproven leadership skills, with experience managing people and/or complex cross-functional projectsproven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and collaborate with global and regional teamsstrong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentexcellent verbal and written communication in spanish and englishpassion for creators, entrepreneurship, and the digital economycome to hotmart being part of our team is waking up every day with the certainty that the world issmall for the size of the impact we can generate.
