- assist pims team with the follow up of the patients or hcps enrolled in the support programs
- stakeholder management within every account in territory:

- analyze the market trends to define a plan of proactive promotion
- identify commercial needs, opportunities, weaknesses and strengths of the business to propose initiatives and solutions and optimize sales
- understand patient journey and the role of each medical specialty in the treatment of patients
- promote the product with hcps based on the key messages defined by marketing team
- provide professional clinical support to customers
- handle customer or hcp questions regarding the products
- having approach with payers and prescribers trough digital platforms
*experiences*:
- 2 years as insurance agent with a proven record of sales performance.
- knowledge of the health care system and its changing environment.
- selling skills in an account development role.
