this role supports business operations activities. The primary objective is to maintain alignment of the team and advance progress against goals, initiatives and strategy. Supports the effective and efficient internal workings of the senior leadership team.

executes on business operations priorities in support of broader business or functional objectives. Responsible for consulting on and administering policies and programs. responsibilities

* oversees the day-to-day management of assigned contract manufacturing relationship, including weekly meetings, monthly reports and kpi dashboard updates, quarterly operations reviews and strategic plan updates.
* explicit oversight of cost elements in quoted partner pricing; management of quotes for line extensions; drive cost reduction objectives and value-add reductions (lean six sigma where applicable).
* owns quarterly pricing process for assigned partners; makes informed pricing decisions; manages variances and performs data analytics of spend.
* owns quarterly business reviews (qbrs) and validates/approves change orders affecting partner assignments.
* build product knowledge of zebra products and bills of materials to inspire confidence.
* contribute to measuring success (savings, process improvements, delivery, and simplified processes).
* maintain accountability, deliver against timelines, build relationships, and act as trusted advisor with stakeholders, executives and partners.
* perform total cost of ownership evaluations, supply-market research, pricing audits, and impact analysis for cost improvements.
* provide guidance to business analysts and procurement associates. Manage rfps for new product sourcing and competitive benchmarking.
* strong analytical skills; proficiency in excel is critical. Collaborate with senior leadership and support resources to advance business objectives. Facilitate leadership dialogue and maintain sharepoint sites for information sharing.
