key roles and responsibilities
at deloitte, you'll collaborate with top professionals to solve complex problems. In this role, you will leverage your technical proficiency, business acumen, and communication skills to deliver high-quality solutions. As a manager you will contribute to the growth and success through:
• serve as the subject matter expert and trusted advisor for ele hr operations-related activities and processes, including but not limited to preboarding, separations, compliance, background investigation and leaves.
• lead multiple ele hr shared services, ensuring activities and initiatives are aligned with deloitte standards and practices, while providing a smooth experience for professionals
• collaborate with us counterparts to ensure alignment of priorities and leverage best practices between us and mexico teams
• ensure creation and maintenance of process flows, standard operating procedures and knowledge articles for ele hr processes
• create and monitor team metrics in order to manage workloads and meet service level agreements
• analyze data and trends to identify opportunities for process and technology improvements while striving to optimize efficiency and quality
• manage the growth, development, training and performance of a team of ele hr professionals.
• develop and present communication and process materials appropriate for audiences, including but not limited to talent relations, talent acquisition, office of general counsel, performance management, talent business advisors, payroll, and other key collaborators and stakeholders
• serve as point of escalation resolution for team through troubleshooting and implementing solutions
• support ele hr leader with ongoing projects and initiatives
a successful candidate will possess:
• demonstrated and proven ability to build strong relationships with both business and hr stakeholders; strong executive presence and experience interacting with senior leaders
• significant experience leading and collaborating effectively across teams, including virtual environments
• excellent organizational, planning and problem-solving skills
• ability to drive change forward in a complex environment, demonstrating flexibility and agility, while also motivating a team to deliver results in a timely manner
• ability to manage complex projects and set direction with virtual teams, providing positive guidance and support to the team
• strong ability to manipulate and analyze data
• structured strategic thinking and ability to prioritize
• high degree of professionalism and integrity and ability to work in a highly confidential environment
• highly proficient in microsoft office applications (powerpoint, excel, word)
• exceptional oral and written communication skills, including presentation expertise
• experience with human resources information systems and related processes (dayforce, successfactors, etc.).

qualifications
required:
• bachelor's degree in human resources or similar business discipline
• strong english oral and written communication skills
• 10+ years hr experience processes
• standard knowledge of mexico employment laws, and costa rica (desirable), hr compliance requirements
• 4-6 years of experience in leading and managing large teams effectively
