overview of the position
the culture specialist drives culture analysis and execution at kia méxico by transforming insights from internal and external culture survey, and pulse surveys into concrete actions.
key responsibilities
* execute culture surveys and analyze quantitative and qualitative results.
* translate culture data into actionable insights, reports, and recommendations for leaders.
* facilitate team growth workshops with targeted departments based on survey findings.
* support leaders in defining, executing, and following up department culture action plans.
* execute kia values & behaviors internalization initiatives through learning and workshops.
* apply a change management approach to support leadership behavior and cultural adoption.
* coordinate clear and timely culture‐related communications across the organization.
qualifications & profile
* bachelor's degree in psychology, hr, organizational development, business, or related field.
* experience in organizational culture, engagement, leadership development, or change management.
* strong data analysis skills (survey results, likert scores, open comments, trends).
* ability to convert data into executive‐ready insights and action plans.
* experience facilitating workshops and working directly with leaders.
* "great place to work" certification experience
* strong communication, organization, and follow‐up discipline.
