Responsibilitiesanalyze raw material cost variances and impact on plant results.monitor inventory controls (e&o, cycle counts, adjustments, physical inventory).
review items with zero cost and follow up on issues.support month-end close (us & mexico) for cost/inventory.prepare and analyze us recon and balance sheet accounts.update standard costs and routings for year-end processes.prepare productivity and scrap reports; align with qa.support audits and provide required financial information.develop cost analysis for new products and business cases.ensure compliance with company policies and processes.requirementsbachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business.3+ years of experience in cost or inventory accounting.good english communication (written & spoken).
strong excel skills.experience with audits and financial analysis.knowledge of power bi, ai tools or power automate is a plus.strong organization, communication and problem-solving skills.
