the loyalty coordinator will accelerate the adoption of the loyalty program in stores by increasing club comex sales and the number of registrants.
also, will improve in-store execution and achieve high customer satisfaction and increase, and understanding by managers, concessionaires, and regional managers.

*key responsibilities*
- communicate benefits to different audiences and in all channels.
- plan and control of regional club comex promotions.
review postmortem analysis.
- management and control of trades.
track active users, behavior of users with insurance and monitoring of accidents and resolution of cases.
- events, store, atl and btl
- diffusion of club benefits at events for trades, individuals and contractors.
*qualifications*
- 2-3 years' experience in coordination of promotions, discounts and customer benefits (retail plus)
- english written and verbal communication skills, including ability to work with customers throughout the organization.

- strategical mindset, customer service, relationships, organized, and teamwork.
- bachelor's degree in mkt
