Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a global consumer insights agenda that drives business growth and innovation.
- Lead the development and management of our proprietary research framework, amplifying the voice of children and families.
- Conduct multi-method research to identify drivers of engagement, loyalty, and wellbeing.
- Monitor global trends in children's entertainment, education, family experiences, and wellbeing.
- Translate signals and foresight into actionable strategies that strengthen our positioning and inspire innovation.
- Build thought-leadership platforms to position our organization as pioneers in child-centered innovation.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations to global operations, marketing, brand, and product development teams.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, ensuring decisions are rooted in consumer understanding.
- Support franchise partners with relevant market insights and benchmarks.
- Collaborate with external research agencies, think tanks, and academic institutions to strengthen methodologies and expand perspectives.
- Represent the organization in industry forums and conferences, sharing insights that reinforce our leadership in child-centered research.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8–10 years of experience in consumer insights, research, or strategy roles.
- Proven expertise designing and leading large-scale, multi-market research projects.
- Strong track record in both consulting (advisory) and corporate environments, bridging strategic recommendations with business execution.
- Expertise in both quantitative and qualitative methodologies.
- Ability to analyze cultural and generational trends and transform them into strategic foresight.
- Experience in industries such as entertainment, education, lifestyle, wellness, or related consumer-facing sectors.
- Global perspective and ability to work across diverse markets and multicultural contexts.
- Advanced English language proficiency is required; additional languages are highly valued.
