overview of the position:
responsible to improve dealer performance based on kmx guidelines to achieve fixed operating targets and dealer profitability, implementing strategies, objectives, resources, and processes.
typical tasks:
* monitoring and analysis of indicators defined by kmx.
* responsible for defining and deploying processes and standards for the dealer network.
* reception and handling of complaints and suggestions from customers.
* implementation of projects to improve the service provided at the dealers.
qualifications
* engineering’s, administrative bachelor’s degree or similar | desirable mba
* areas of experience: after-sales, service operation, automotive retail
* advanced excel

the ideal candidate will have a wide range of responsibilities including:
* maintain optimal functioning, operation, and availability of equipment.
* diagnose the severity of equipment failures to determine necessary repairs and/or schedule repairs.
* perform corrective, preventive, or predictive maintenance (major or minor) on various equipment.
