Hybrid | monterrey, nuevo leónmanpower is seeking a senior it recruiter with proven experience recruiting technology profiles for the u.s. market.this role requires strong stakeholder management skills, end-to-end recruitment expertise, and advanced english to support international clients.key responsibilities- manage the end-to-end it recruitment process for positions supporting the u.s. market.- partner with hiring managers and international clients to gather and understand technical requirements.- actively source and headhunt it talent through linkedin recruiter and other channels.- conduct candidate screenings, technical evaluations, and cultural assessments.- coordinate and support interviews with u.s.-based stakeholders in english.- maintain accurate candidate pipelines and reporting using ats platforms.- drive offer management and successful hiring closures.requirements- 5+ years of experience as an it recruiter.- proven experience recruiting for u.s. companies or clients.- strong understanding of the u.s. It market, roles, and technology stacks.- advanced english (spoken and written) – mandatory.- experience in staffing, outsourcing, or recruitment consulting environments.- proficiency with linkedin recruiter and ats tools.nice to have- experience recruiting sap technology profiles (functional and technical).- experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in fast-paced environments.- strong client-facing and results-oriented mindset.
