reporting to the sr director, corporate real estate, the regional real estate manager, north america, will manage real estate transactions across multiple regions, including site selection, lease negotiations, acquisitions, and dispositions of office, logistics, manufacturing, and industrial properties.
this role requires strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring alignment with company strategy and compliance standards.
what a typical day looks like: identify new sites, manage existing properties, and oversee disposals.
conduct market surveys, site tours, and rfps for preferred locations.
negotiate leases, renewals, expansions, and terminations.
prepare financial models for lease vs. buy scenarios, roi, and cost analysis.
manage capex budgets and forecast real estate expenses.
build and maintain relationships with brokers, landlords, and vendors.
ensure compliance with legal, environmental, and zoning regulations.
maintain and update the real estate database for portfolio performance reporting.
collaborate with internal teams (finance, legal, operations) for seamless execution.
communicate effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
the experience we're looking to add to our team: bachelor's degree in real estate, business, finance, or related field.
experience in corporate real estate, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
strong negotiation and communication skills for large financial transactions.
ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
proficiency in excel, database, and financial modeling.
fluent in english and spanish (additional languages a plus).
willingness to travel across regions (approx. 20% per year).
