about the role
as a jr. Manager, fp&a - lcml, you will leverage your strong analytical background and automation expertise to support strategic business decisions. This role is ideal for a seasoned finance professional who thrives in improving processes, delivering insightful financial analysis, and enhancing reporting accuracy through automation and innovation. Your work will directly support business planning, forecasting, and performance management.
key responsibilities
* executing financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans
* reviewing, analyzing, and interpreting financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations
* developing profit and loss (p&l), balance sheet, and cash flow analysis and projections
* preparing analysis related to budgets, forecasts, inventory, and/or sales margins
* providing clear interpretation of financial data through spreadsheets, charts, and reports
* auditing financial practices to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations, laws, and standards
* leading and supporting small‑scale projects, including ad‑hoc financial analysis and automation initiatives
requirements
we are looking for people who are analytical, proactive, and comfortable working with complex financial data while driving continuous improvement. If this is you, get in touch.
as a minimum you must have
* bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in a similar or related fp&a or finance role
* advanced conversational english skills
* working knowledge of sap and hfm
although not necessary, it would be nice if you have:
* experience working with financial models and financial analysis software
* experience preparing financial reports and executive‑level presentations
* advanced microsoft excel skills
