*position summary*
to install and service amada lasers, punch press, press brakes, shears, and other general fabricating machines including automated material loading, unloading and transfer devices at customer facilities.
*essential functions*
- proficient in trouble shooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems.
- to precisely follow layout drawings and blueprints used in the installation of equipment.
- to complete status reports on a daily basis and expense reports on a weekly basis.
- to maintain good customer relations and follow through.
- to manage the total equipment installation process at customer site.
- develops other related duties, as assigned by management.

*knowledge*
- a four (4) year degree in electronics or a minimum of a two (2) year degree with related work experience is preferred.

- ability to analyze and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, optical, and electrical systems.
- ability to use hand tools, volt/ohm meter and oscilloscope.
- working knowledge of computers and windows os.
- ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings.
- ability to communicate in the english language.
- ability to maintain a professional appearance and be organized.
