Job description:
our organization is seeking a seasoned manufacturing engineering manager to oversee daily operations within our manufacturing department. This individual will be responsible for managing teams, coordinating activities, and driving process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency.
duties and responsibilities:
* analyze and solve complex engineering problems
* obtain necessary resources for effective engineering activities
* improve productivity and develop new technological strategies
* conduct capacity studies and assist in planning departments
* coordinate activities with subordinate supervisors and assistants
* s support iso 50001, iso 45001 and tisax activities
* lead automation efforts and projects across the operation
* budget management and business plan process
* monitor kpis during project ramp-up phase (safety, quality, cost, delivery)
required skills and qualifications:
* degree in engineering (electronics, mechanics, industrial, or related field)
* minimum of 3 years as a supervisor/manager of professional-level employees
* automotive industry experience in an electronics manufacturing environment
* advanced english proficiency
* quality systems knowledge (iatf, vda 6.3)
* experience with capex management, forecasting, budgeting and accurate execution
* proven experience optimizing efficiency, yield and oee
* experience in new product introduction (launches, change management)
* experience with lean, six sigma tools, 8d, root-cause analysis
* strong succession-plan development skills
* solid planning and organization skills
* effective communication and negotiation skills
