as a front office agent, you will be responsible for the check-in and check-out of our guests according to our established standards by one&only mandarina. Develop a team working environment to offer a service according to the highest quality standards our guests deserve.

* minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality or guest service
* general knowledge about concierge duties
