Role description this is a full-time, on-site role located in mexico city, mexico, for a call center representative. We are located across el caballito. The call center representative will handle customer inquiries, provide support, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. Daily responsibilities include responding to customer calls, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires clear communication, active listening, and the ability to address customer needs effectively while using company-provided tools and systems. Qualifications proficiency in customer service and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction and address their needs effectively strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism solid computer literacy to navigate and utilize customer service tools and systems with ease strong communication skills, both verbal and written ability to work well in a team and in a fast-paced environment high school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service is a plus fluency in english and spanish is required
