As the desktop support technician in matamoros, coahuila, mx, you will be responsible for dealing with technical issues escalated from the helpdesk function and working with end user to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems along with supporting the business on project-based requirements and imacs.

matamoros, coahuila;
from monday to friday, from 8 am to 5 pm.

what will you do?
* install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripherals, pc imaging and refreshes.
* perform some smart hands support for networking hardware.
* troubleshoot within windows / ios / android os support, software installations, and security updates.
* manage basic active directory tasks
* troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (lan, wan, vpn, wi-fi)
* respond to basic customer incidents and service requests passed across by the client service desk and resolve general user faults within agreed slas.
what will you bring to esp?
* experience:1-3 years it maintenance and support experience, troubleshooting experience, including knowledge of microsoft desktop software (windows 7,10,11, office365 suite) and operating systems, as well as a working knowledge of it hardware.
* languages: a minimum b2+ (cerf) in both english and local language
* technical skills: good command of windows o/s, active directory, basic knowledge of lan-wan setups and concepts.
* certifications: comptia a+ (or willingness to obtain), itil knowledge is a plus.
* soft skills: strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities.
