The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. Responsibilities ensure a safe work environment by identifying and eliminating risks. Guarantee compliance with product quality standards. Oversee the timely use and verification of materials according to the production plan. Supervise preventive maintenance and the proper functioning of machinery. Monitor and follow up on employee training records. Achieve established production targets. Lead and coordinate continuous improvement projects. Motivate and support team members in meeting performance goals. Promote growth and attendance of operational staff. Ensure compliance with key performance metrics: production, scrap, quality, and attendance. Follow up on corrective actions (8d methodology). Qualifications bachelor's degree in engineering. 3–5 years of experience as a production supervisor in the electronics industry. Experience in production planning and scheduling programs. Strong focus on quality and problem-solving. Proven experience in implementing kaizen and 8d continuous improvement tools. Demonstrated ability to manage teams of over 50 people effectively. Goal-oriented, with ability to work under pressure. Schedule availability and preferably immediate availability to start.
