- support the planning, design and execution of projects, new processes, and audit controls
- show strong attention to detail
- assessing functionality, performance, reliability, stability, and compatibility of a process within different entities and different systems
- have analytical skills and out of the box problem-solving abilities
- thinking the abstract and see how small details fit into bigger picture
- with a creative mindset to approach problem solving
- ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of a process
- prepare and administrate quality review schedules to ensure process compliance and efficiency
- partners with the different teams in otc and other internal partners to identify needs
- provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed
- prepares and analyzes internal and external quality reports for management staff review
- perform other duties as assigned.
*what we look for?*
- 3-5 years quality analyst experience
- bachelor's degree preferable in accounting, administration or finance background
- excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- exceptional listening and analytical skills
- experience on planning and executing projects, as well as time management skills
- must be able to effectively deal with people at all levels inside and outside of the organization
- must be result oriented and work towards and objective
- must be proficient with microsoft office (advanced excel and power point)
- bi-lingual (english - spanish) at minimum, desirable portuguese
- able to travel
- preferred knowledge of erps as iscala, oracle, customer relationship manager sales force and business process management appian
