as a senior sales manager, you will ensure, together with your team, that hana meets sales and business development goals that contribute to the overall success of company growth in assigned territory (us, eu, or asia). Manage many key activities to enhance hana's already-strong presence in rfid and other microelectronic products while fostering business relationships with key customers instrumental in hana's growth.

* bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
* 7 years combined sales, marketing, and business development experience
* prior supervisory experience preferred
* prior rfid and/or microelectronic manufacturing experience preferred

responsibilities:
* oversee hana's products, projects, and activities to ensure completion within scheduled period and budget
* provide effective management to organization's business activities related to strategic and financial growth
* create new strategies for marketing and monitoring qc/qa measures
* build effective relationships with customers globally to maintain and develop strong revenue increase
* perform efficient finance management
* perform review of equipment, system layouts, and validation
* responsible for training, mentoring, and motivating staff when necessary for effective performance and growth
* develop business unit strategies for promotional activities
* analyze and explore market trends, identifying new territory and global opportunities
* coordinate with other hana teams to develop plans for launching and implementing new products
* develop and communicate internal expectations and vision of hana growth relevant to hana's corporate vision and goals
* collaborate across all business units to integrate objectives for organizational growth
* provide monthly product and revenue forecasts to hana leadership
* support new product development and customer service with input on product strategies to position customer needs with the voice of the customer requirements
* attend and provide logistical support for tradeshows and industry meetings
* manage large-scale projects that will encompass sales, marketing, finance, legal, intellectual property, budgeting, product/business planning, and technical issues
