key responsibilities
* perform administrative tasks, coordinating day-to-day operations with minimal supervision.
* lead logistics and preparation of employee or new hire tasks, ensuring accurate data delivery through transactions in various systems and data entry.
* audit systems to ensure the integrity of candidate and employee data, maintaining employee files including records retention activities and agreement tracking.
* manage inbox or case management through independent problem-solving, triaging to appropriate stakeholders when necessary.
* act as a key advisor and executor on project teams, supporting initiatives with excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
requirements
* 3+ years of experience working with or supporting human resources functions, recruitment teams, and/or hr operations processes.
* demonstrated ability to build relationships and effectively communicate with others.
* professional working knowledge of microsoft office suite (outlook, word, excel, power point).
