In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and operational management of all food and beverage outlets within our luxurious property.

* develop and implement creative f&b strategies that reflect belmond's dedication to quality and guest satisfaction.
* oversee operational efficiency and quality control across all f&b outlets.
* manage budgets, financial performance, and forecasting to meet company goals.
* lead talent development initiatives to cultivate a motivated and skilled f&b team.
* ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene regulations.
* foster relationships with key suppliers and industry partners to enhance our offerings.
* monitor market trends and competitor activity to adjust strategies accordingly.
requirements
qualifications:
* bachelor's degree in hospitality management, culinary arts, or a related field.
* a minimum of 5 years in a senior f&b management position within a luxury environment.
* demonstrated experience in financial management and budgeting.
* strong leadership and team development skills.
* exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
* innovative mindset with a passion for gastronomy and guest experiences.
* fluency in english; additional languages are advantageous.
