Technical Support Engineer
At HCL, we are seeking highly skilled technical support engineers to join our team. As a technical support engineer, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional technical support to customers and partners via various channels.
- Key Responsibilities:
- - Provide timely resolution to complex issues related to cloud environment services, API usage and errors, application performance, Cloud Cost Management, Security issues, Flexera SaaS application and/or configuration issues.
- Communicate effectively with Product Management and Engineering regarding defects and enhancement requests.
- Maintain product, platform, and industry knowledge necessary to offer outstanding technical support to customers.
- Lead periodic internal team training as scheduled.
- Participate in on-call weekend rotation, as needed.
Requirements:
- Experience:
- - 3+ years of professional experience in a Technical Support role.
- Skill Set:
- - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate customer orientation and dedication.
- Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills in English.
- Ability to handle multiple activities and prioritize activities based on customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Manage time, goals, and priorities to improve and add value continuously.
- Certifications:
- - AWS Cloud Practitioner or Azure Fundamentals certifications.
- Education:
- - Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
