**Ecommerce Manager**
**Responsibilities**:
- **Strategy**: Develop and implement a robust ecommerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- **Online Store Management**: Optimize user experience, manage product catalog, and set pricing and promotions.
- **Digital Marketing**: Plan, execute, and measure the performance of campaigns across various channels (Google Ads, social media, marketplaces).
- **Budget Management**: Create and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI.
- **Data Analysis**: Leverage analytics tools to measure campaign performance and make data-informed decisions.
- **Marketplace Management**: Manage our brand presence on marketplaces like Mercado Libre, Amazon, etc.
- **Conversion Rate Optimization**: Implement strategies to improve conversion rates and average order value.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on achieving goals.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience** in a similar role, with a strong focus on ecommerce.
- Proven experience managing advertising campaigns on Google Ads and social media.
- Solid understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.).
- Experience managing products on marketplaces.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proven leadership and teamwork abilities.
