purpose of the job

the sales representative aims to meet annual sales goals by focusing on customer requirements for products and services that improve their spaces and identify their actual needs. Regular communication with internal and external customers regarding order/project product and service requirements is essential, while maintaining company integrity and brand image.


specific responsibilities

* achieve sales targets in margin and volume as assigned for the fiscal year.
* coordinate with different company departments involved in sales projects to respond effectively to customer needs.
* seek new business opportunities and prospect new accounts.
* develop and coordinate the sales process, including complex sales and negotiation strategies.
* develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers through personalized attention and advice.
* identify customer needs for design solutions to facilitate sales.
* manage sales orders from entry to closing.
* retake the small portfolio and develop new clients.

designers, project leaders, new business development, architects and designers, marketing, commercial, workplace experience, finance.


external contacts

customers, brokers, architects and designers.


qualifications

education: architecture, industrial design, interior design, marketing, or similar. English proficiency of 80%.

experience: preferably 4 years in sales, experience in b2b channels. Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, both oral and written. Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external clients.
