*position overview*:
we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented *accounts receivable/payable analyst* to join our growing team in *mexico city (cdmx)*. This role plays a key part in maintaining the financial health of our mexico operations through accurate billing, payment processing, and coordination with our administrative partners.
*key responsibilities*:
- issue customer invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- receive, review, and process invoices from suppliers
- manage payment processing to vendors
- maintain and issue statements of account for both customers and suppliers
- liaise with our contracted administrative services provider
- monitor and manage payment terms and due dates for both receivables and payables
*required qualifications*:
- degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
- proficient in microsoft excel, including pivot tables
- experience in both accounts receivable and payable functions
- familiarity with cargowise is a plus
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
