Responsibilities

we are looking for a route optimization analyst who will play a key role in driving business growth and efficiency by designing and implementing smart delivery routes. This position will directly support our commercial teams by ensuring cost-effective, reliable, and scalable route solutions.
Design and optimize delivery routes using specialized planning tools.
Respond to service requests from local and regional business teams, providing tailored solutions to their needs.
Collaborate closely with route planning coordinators and project managers to ensure that route designs are effective in the field and adjusted when needed.
Work with fellow analysts to share best practices, solve technical challenges, and continuously improve processes.
Your impact
as a route optimization analyst, you will:
develop and deliver route design solutions using advanced planning software.
Ensure route plans meet business performance standards and adjust them based on field results.
Prepare and analyze reports to track route performance and propose improvements.
Support the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives in strategic routing.
Ensure timely delivery of solutions and compliance with agreed service standards.
Qualifications
education
bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, logistics, or a related field.
Experience & skills
experience in data analysis, logistics, or business operations.
Strong proficiency in excel (intermediate to advanced level).
Comfortable working with planning tools, databases, and reporting systems.
Fluent in english is a must (portuguese is a strong plus).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate data into actionable solutions.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Results-driven, with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
Ability to train and support new team members.
