**Essential Duties**:

- Maintain responsibilities for existing sales and sales growth in your region.
- Have a good knowledge in critical company products and their usages. Adherence to company policies on all paperwork; i.e. expense reports, time off requests, performance reviews.
- Willing to familiarize yourself with the company's vision and mission, seeking to accomplish set goals and objectives.
- Understand customer needs and able to provide suggestions to meet their requirement.
- Cultivating strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Working closely with staff across departments to implement growth strategies.
- Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies. Assist with drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other documents as required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, staff, and clients.
- Regular, reliable and predictable attendance.
- May perform other job related duties as assigned.

**Job Specifications**:

- Experience and Required education: Degree in Business Administration, Marketing.
- Medical field experience (3 to 5 years of experience at least).
- Responsible.
- English 90%.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong organization and project management skills.
- Friendly and personable demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
- Ability to travel internationally as required.
- Valid driver’s license, current proof of insurance and clean driving record.
- Knowledge, skills and competences required:

- Interpersonal competences and presentation skills, highly organized and good planner, Efficient in time management, Able to meet deadlines, Excellent negotiation skills, Good customer services, Results oriented, Attention to details and focused, Hardworking and dynamic person, Analytic and rational thinking, Business awareness,
- Preferably: Polite and problem solver.

Salario: $8,722.88 - $24,715.83 al mes

Horario:

- Turno de 10 horas
