key responsibilities
* serve as a strategic hr partner to the site leadership team, aligning talent initiatives with business goals.
* lead the implementation of hr programs in collaboration with global centers of excellence.
* drive organizational change, internal communications, and performance management initiatives.
* coach and develop leaders on talent management, employee relations, and organizational culture.
* manage labor relations, including union negotiations and compliance with local labor laws.
* foster a respectful, inclusive, and development-oriented workplace culture.
ideal candidate profile
* bachelor's degree in a relevant field (hr certification preferred).
* 10+ years of progressive hr experience, including at least 5 years in employee/labor relations or as an hrbp.
* experience in industrial and/or corporate environments with matrix structures.
* strong knowledge of mexican labor law and union relations practices.
* exceptional communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
