Requirements
* bachelor's degree in industrial or mechanical
* intermediate to advanced ms excel and ms access skills
* e1 experience oracle, autocad, solidworks 90% (preferred)
* english
* 4 years of experience in process engineering area balance time study layout optimization project
* management lean manufacturing
* supervisory experience.
responsibilities:
* process engineering coordinator is responsible to develop the strategy working together with the engineering team to achieve the efficiency targets in the company.
* coordinate and manage activities in the production areas related to layout, equipment, fixtures, gauges and tooling.
* develop technical documentation (standard documentation) to stablish the process followed by the operation team..
* ensure the process follows safety and quality principles to enhance plant productivity.
* identify based on internal metrics (dt, efficiciency, ftt) opportunities for improvement.
* coordinate improvement projects, through plant process..
* research and recommend new manufacturing methods, machinery, and equipment to increase productivity, reduce waste and reduce costs.
* participate in npi process, identifying all process needed (equipment, method, tools) for the correct product introduction.
* mantein and update cad documentation for plant layout desighs, fixtures and equipment locations.
* impact the process by the execution of cost saving projects.
