the outbound caller is responsible for calling potential candidates (inbound/outbound) from the different marketing medias and sparking interest of passive candidates by promoting the company’s culture and open vacancies.
requirements:
* high school diploma
* advanced english (must)
* call center experience (desirable)
* customer service experience
* experience with applicant tracking systems (ats) and crm platforms (desirable)
* microsoft office applications
job activities:
* serve as the 1st point of contact to schedule appointments for potential candidates
* perform prescreening to review schedule availability, salary expectations and overall
* candidate eligibility
* execute various sales techniques during the call with the candidates while building the
* value of our brand
* maintain constant engagement with the candidates by following up through email,
* whatsapp and outbound calls
* report and record daily scheduled appointment quotas
* assist with the daily flow of onsite candidates
* ats updates and status of each call that the outbound caller assists keep safe confidential information of each candidate and document it in the ats
