jr. Data reporting analyst
to our hr & legal teams to create and elevate compelling data-based stories and results. You will improve the way we create, use, and share data, so this role will solid strong presentation and project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to inform by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. We're looking for someone who is not only passionate about data, reporting, and analytics, but also strives to use that information to provide strategic insight and value across the entire global organization. The successful candidate will also assist in planning, developing, and implementing projects and solutions for a variety of initiatives across our hr and legal teams.

job responsibilities
* work with key stakeholders to identify, prioritize, and automate data analysis and presentation to effectively achieve business objectives.
* enter, organize, manipulate, and summarize data in our hris, excel, powerbi, and powerpoint.
* design, develop, test, and implement dashboards and reports supporting projects, programs, and ad-hoc requests within the hr and legal teams to track performance and key deliverables.
* engage and collaborate with internal teams to stay aware of strategic projects, initiatives, issues, and ideas.
* assist with data audits and data entry as necessary.
* document program and initiative processes, standards, procedures, and policies.
* assist the hr and legal leadership team with confidential matters that are strategic or sensitive in nature.
* other duties as assigned.
required skills and/or experience
* degree in a field that emphasizes data analysis and project management and 2+ years of relevant experience.
* exceptional experience analyzing, organizing, and presenting data in excel, powerbi, and powerpoint, including proficiency with xlookup, pivot tables, if statements, conditional formatting, etc.).
* excellent written and verbal english communication skills with strong critical thinking ability and attention to detail. Must have the ability to simplify and communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively, especially when interacting with leadership.
* ability to provide and develop reports for hr and legal teams that tell stories using data and generate actionable insights through metrics and dashboards.
* ability to coordinate and manage projects and tasks, establish priorities, and follow through with issues to resolution as directed.
* must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal or non-public information.
* must work from our office in guadalajara at least 3 days per week.
