Global compensation and benefits lead
cimmyt is a non-profit international organization dedicated to solving tomorrow's problems today.
* develop global compensation strategies, including market benchmarking, salary structures, and merit-based increases.
* lead the annual review and update of salary scales and consulting fee frameworks.
* oversee the design and revision of global staff benefits and allowances, such as housing, pension, transportation, hardship danger pay.
* benchmark benefits across staff groups using external data sources; ensure internal equity and labor law compliance.
* evaluate and negotiate with benefits providers; monitor utilization and employee satisfaction.
* develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
* provide expert guidance on job grading and evaluation processes.
* advise managers on compensation decisions and practices.
the location of this position will be on-site at cimmyt's headquarters in texcoco, mexico.
