*this position is part of the it onestream center of excellence (coe) team. This role will focus on supporting the company's financial consolidation and reporting system, onestream, which serves approximately 3,000 users worldwide. Key responsibilities include ensuring correct access provisioning, maintaining sox compliance, and assisting users with system processes during the monthly end close cycle (mecc).*:

- * ensure accurate and timely access provisioning/deprovisioning for new requests in compliance with sox regulations*:
- * develop and update security groups and roles as required to meet business objectives*:
- * maintain the onestream coe sharepoint sites creating and developing learning content*:
- * perform administrative tasks to sharepoint / power apps / azure groups & outlook shared mailboxes*:
- * collaborate with the rest of the onestream coe team to understand and address the finance needs & changes deployed during every metadata release*:
- * communicate planned and unplanned system outages and updates to onestream user community*:
*what are we looking for?*:
- * education*: bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or it*:
- * experience*: 3- 5 years of experience in financial/reporting or consolidation systems*:
- * skills*:
- * experience with onestream/hfm or similar financial consolidation and reporting systems*:
- * background in financial analysis and reporting*:
