essential qualifications
* 5+ years of relevant hands-on experience
* mandatory experience in
technology
/business process implementation.
* bachelor's degree in relevant fields (business, management, human resources, organizational behavior, psychology, communications, marketing, business) or equivalent experience
* background in digital communication tools
* excellent written and verbal communication skills
* proficiency in designing and editing communication materials.
* proficiency in using communication software and platforms (e.g., email marketing, social media, design software)
* strong analytical skills for evaluating communication data and effectiveness.
* strong interpersonal skills for engaging with various stakeholders.
* competence in maintaining composure and resolving issues during critical moments.
* commitment to ethical communication standards and knowledge of relevant laws
