summary
lead and guide the mexico hr services & benefits team for mexico, ensuring the maintenance and effective update of employees' information in the internal and external systems & portals for the company. Assist employees with benefits enrollment & questions, verify all insurance and external suppliers billing, and ensure compliance with required benefits notice. Operate as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues, continuously look for improvements in operational processes, design and implement initiatives, and conduct prioritization exercises with team members. Supervise compliance with current legal regulations for pay and benefits and guarantee the correct execution of human resources administration processes.
major duties / responsibilities
* 30% oversee the correct management of hr data in multiple systems; work with managers in business units to ensure data accuracy.

* 20% supervise the car allowance program, gasoline coupons, insurances and maintenances for all the mexico fleet.
* 10% manage employee questions and any requests about their benefits through the askrh platform, while keeping slas within target.
* 10% communicate, manage, and administer benefits packages; keep the company website updated with information on benefits, policies, news and relevant announcements.
* 10% lead the organization of committee meetings, ensuring compliance with decision-making of its members regarding modifications to investment funds held in addition to the savings bank.
* 10% actuarial calculation, semi‐annual report to assess the financial impact that the company will have due to potential terminations related to the retirement plan.
* 10% organize mexico health week, benefits fair and/or hr initiatives.
minimum knowledge, skills & abilities
* processes of benefits and human resources.
* knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws.
* hr systems administration (success factors / sap / service now).
* knowledge in mexican labor law (lft), social security (imss), housing fund (fonacot), and other labor laws applicable in mexico.
* english proficiency (advanced).
