Job description
as a senior-level administrative professional, you will provide high-level support to directors across the marketing team. Your responsibilities will include scheduling appointments, managing calendars, coordinating travel plans, and supporting team meetings and trainings.
key responsibilities:
* perform complex administrative tasks for upper executive-level employees
* schedule appointments, meetings, and events; maintain calendars and send reminders
* assist with travel planning, including booking flights, hotels, and ground transportation
* provide general administrative support, including processing expenses and drafting documents
* act as a primary point of contact with other administrators and internal/external stakeholders
requirements:
* bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 6-8 years of related work experience in senior-level general administrative support
this role requires strong communication, organizational, and time management skills, as well as proficiency in microsoft sharepoint and sap applications.
