* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
* 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in web development.
* Strong proficiency in web programming languages (Python, PHP & NodeJS are a plus)
* Experience with modern web frameworks.
* Experience working with relational databases (e.g., MySQL)
* Experience with performance optimizations (cache, algorithm optimization, benchmarking)
* Experience developing distributed web applications on the cloud.
* Good communication skills in English.
Bonus points:
* Experience using LLMs or Al-assisted tools for coding efficiency.
* Experience integrating Al into software solutions, prompt engineering, and Al-assisted development workflows.
Additionally, candidates must have:
