It infrastructure manager
an it specialist will be responsible for managing the entire is&t infrastructure and providing end-user support for various brands. This position works closely with internal departments and headquarters to ensure seamless operations.
this role is responsible for the organization and execution of the global and local is&t strategy and roadmap.
1. main responsibilities:
2. end user support: the it specialist will serve as the main point of contact at the office, handling direct support actions dedicated to end users, executing technical operations, dealing with technical changes, and solving incidents.
3. deploying new laptops, ipads, or iphones.
4. qualifying technical/business application issues and debugging before opening a ticket to hq.
5. deploying/testing business applications.
6. physical installing network devices and testing.
7. internet-related issues.
8. managing local vendors that deliver solutions and services to the company, negotiating service contracts and maintenance agreements.
9. ensuring the organization receives the necessary level of support from hq's is&t department.
10. facilitating application support (sap, cegid, sales force) in coordination with key users and hq teams.
11. collaborating locally with brand teams and ssc to understand operational needs and their long-term evolution.
12. working with hq's it team to understand global strategy.
13. consolidating local projects with respective global projects and lvmh group projects into an implementation roadmap.
14. organizing local resources – internal/external, recruitment/trainings – to implement the roadmap.
15. defining the it cost center budget and following up on costs.
16. setting kpis to monitor service levels provided to stores and hq, following service desk activity, challenging them, defining action plans to improve service.
17. representing lvmh within the lvmh mexico is&t community.
* implementing and enforcing regional and global cybersecurity policies, analyzing incidents, and sharing conclusions.
expected skills and qualifications:
* professional experience & education.
* it or systems degree.
* 5 years of progressively increasing responsibilities in the it industry.
* solid professional experience in an international context.
* is solutions experience: sap, cegid, sales force commerce/sales clouds, pro concept.
* collaboration: microsoft office 365, zoom, webex.
* it knowledge in: cyber defense – detection (siem, cyber soc), prevention (firewalls, proxy, mfa, hardening, operational best practices), audit (pci, penetration testing, vulnerabilities scanning), remediation.
* tcp/ip networking with cisco/meraki technologies (wan, lan, wireless lan, voice, videoconference).
* english level: intermediate-advanced (b2-c1).
* ability to communicate with c-level executives precisely in a short amount of time to keep them apprised of capabilities, opportunities, and threats.
* ability to have a global overview of technology.
* project management experience running enterprise projects.
* vendor and contract management for all it operations.
* complex application implementation experience.
* cyber culture and experience.
* demonstrable track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
* telecommunications experience with ordering components, managing vendors, and maintaining systems.
