Summarythe latam ps/.org/a&c/ta is a new area tasked with achieving high levels of growth in the public, non-profit and educational sectors while creating synergies to develop and win with the ecosystem and leveraging sources of talent everywhere. The pmo/business development, senior director role will work with and alongside leadership for the new area, making possible a successful and orderly launch and ramping-up of these businesses and organizations, via effective stakeholder relationships and skillful coordination with many involved and enabling areas. This role will report to the svp, sales, who leads the new area.key responsibilities and impactsbuilding up the businessmanage and execute tactical actions to launch the new area, such as: identifying and engaging with stakeholders; creating gtm playbooks that include stakeholders, plays, partners, markets; conducting account planningdesign and deploy initiatives on governance, business cycle, council, regional and country boardsplan and coordinate awareness/positioning activities, like events, forums, etc., alongside sales and mktg.lead initiatives for joint sales + ecosystem efforts, e.g., creating joint gtm plans and following up on executionmanage tactical actions that leverage synergies in the new area, e.g., research partners with high but granular penetration and coordinate the alignment of a broader strategy to better leverage their capabilitiesidentify the need for and deploy processes specific to ps, e.g., partner bid readiness, opportunity managementcoordinating executioncoordinate efforts for the area’s specific needs in matters related to legal, compliance, risk, public affairs, etc., including identifying and engaging with internal and external sources of knowledge and expertisebuild relationships and work cross-functionally to align and maintain contact with local ops areas, in order to facilitate their understanding of and execution according to ps/.org specific requirementsgain understanding of ps/.org practices from a business and technical perspectivemanage ps-specific assets and processes deployment: capabilities matrix, bid readiness, profitability model, etc.be the contact point with the global gps coe for alignment on process, best practices, policy and methods; including sharing of success stories in latam with the global gps communityskills/expertise requirements15+ years of work experience in strategy, consulting, business operations, staff managementexperience in a fast-paced growth company or with enterprise software business modelsthoughtful leadership, with track record of advising leadership, influencing stakeholders and functioning as a deputy of senior leaders for execution and follow-upstrong project management track record, having successfully led cross-functional strategic initiatives end to end, working with multiple stakeholders in different functions and establishing rapport to gain trust and alignmentproven abilities to assess and tailor approach to leaders preferred working styles and preference based on observations and feedbackexcellent communication skills: ability to translate analysis into easily digestible messages and make succinct executive presentations (verbal/ written) for senior leadersflexibility and sense of urgency: ability to adjust on the fly to new demands and resilience in an environment of ambiguityautonomy and drive: self-motivated with a highly collaborative style, strong influencing skills, and drive to work in a rapidly changing growth environmentbachelor’s degree from an accredited university, mba highly desirabledisposition to travel up to 25% of the time
