you report to the finance controller manager and work closely with operations, production, engineering, sales, and finance teams worldwide .
your role
as controller, you will actively support and challenge the business by:
* analyzing budget vs. actual variances and standard costs
* preparing monthly, weekly & flash cost reports
* monitoring key financial kpis (margin, efficiency, scrap, fixed & variable costs)
* supporting inventory control, revaluations, obsolescence & slow‑moving analysis
* validating boms, routings, and ecns from a financial perspective
* participating in budgeting, forecasting, audits, and continuous improvement projects
what we’re looking for
* bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
* solid experience in manufacturing cost control & financial analysis
* strong sap fi/co and advanced excel skills (power query & pivot tables required; macros a plus)
* professional english
* analytical, proactive, and comfortable working cross-functionally
