*objective*:
responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's administrative operations, ensuring efficiency, cost control, and alignment with strategic objectives. This role manages resources, supports cross-functional coordination, and ensures regulatory compliance.
*key responsibilities*:
- supervise daily administrative operations and enforce internal procedures.
- manage administrative budgets, supplier relationships, and cost control initiatives.
- ensure proper functioning of facilities, maintenance, and office services.
- manage document control and ensure readiness for audits.
- monitor legal compliance and stay updated on regulatory changes.
- identify and evaluate new suppliers; conduct annual supplier assessments.
- prepare operational reports and recommend process improvements.
*requirements*:
- degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in administrative or operational leadership roles.
- proficiency in english (intermediate to advanced).
- proficiency in chinese (desired).
- knowledge of erp systems, ms office.
- familiarity with tax, labor, and social security regulations.
Pay: $1.00 - $2.00 per month
