the role focuses on managing relationships with sqills customers, ensuring retention, contract renewal, and driving strategic growth initiatives.
the position reports to the chief customer officer and will collaborate on go-to-market strategies, primarily in mexico, with potential expansion to other latin american markets.essential job functionscustomer-centric leadership: champion customer-focused strategies at sqills, ensuring priorities guide key decisions at both strategic and operational levels.customer relationship management: build and maintain insightful, meaningful relationships with customer stakeholders, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.revenue growth: increase customer and sqills revenues through upsell and cross-sell of s3 passenger modules.strategic account planning: develop and maintain strategic account plans, identifying growth opportunities at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.stakeholder alignment: collaborate with internal teams (service delivery managers, business consultants, product team, executive sponsors) to ensure exceptional customer service and delivery.governance and value delivery: oversee governance and value delivery for up to 10 customers, acting as escalation point when necessary.strategic leadership: lead steering committees and strategic meetings to align customer goals with sqills' offerings, fostering long-term partnerships.qualifications & experiencemaster's in business administration or related field.substantive experience in the intercity bus market (long-distance bus) or in software solutions for the industry.willingness to travel internationally.international experience and ambition is a plus.able to interpret complex problems and facilitate sustainable solutions for clients.fluent in spanish and english, both verbal and written; additional language such as portuguese is a benefit.experience working in an agile it environment is a plus.demonstrable experience in generating sales and contracts.minimum of 6–8 years of relevant work experience.enjoy diverse responsibilities and working in small, challenging teams.what can you expect from siemens mobility / skills?
