the maintenance manager is responsible for leading maintenance personnel and ensuring the repair, safety, and reliability of facilities, machinery, and equipment. This role drives preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, supports manufacturing operations, and ensures compliance with corporate and regulatory standards.
lead and manage maintenance teams, conducting performance evaluations and developing staff capabilities.
develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance procedures for equipment.
provide timely response to manufacturing maintenance needs and facility support.
conduct problem-solving and root cause analysis for maintenance and safety issues.
oversee emergency management response, onsite safety/security, and act as incident commander when required.
ensure compliance with ts, iso, and local/state/federal codes across facilities.
direct corporate electricians and external contractors to ensure adherence to standards.
journeyman card holder or bachelor's degree in a related field.
~ strong mechanical and electrical maintenance background.
~ 5–10 years of maintenance leadership experience preferred.
~ proficiency in microsoft office applications (word, excel, outlook).
