* luxury travel coordination: flawless organization of flights, yachts, accommodations, and restaurants, ensuring seamless logistics.
* high-level administrative support: preparation of reports, presentations, and essential documentation for senior management meetings.
* c-level relations: constant and effective communication with internal and external leaders, strengthening strategic relationships.
* crisis management: agile and efficient resolution of critical situations, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
* personal matters: management of the president's personal affairs with complete professionalism and discretion.
* international vendor management: from contracting to quality monitoring of global services.
* event supervision: coordination of high-profile corporate and social events related to the presidency.
requirements
* minimum of 6 years of experience as an executive assistant to a ceo or director.
* advanced proficiency in technological tools (microsoft office, agenda management platforms, communication tools).
* advanced conversational english (an additional language like portuguese or french is a plus).
* excellent time management skills and multitasking ability in a dynamic environment.
* absolute discretion in handling confidential information.
* general knowledge of finance and administration.
* strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
* availability to attend to requests outside of regular work hours and adaptability to unexpected changes.
