Technical support specialist
location: monterrey, n.l.
industry: industrial accessories distributor (fluid transport hoses)
work schedule: monday to friday, 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

position objective
provide technical product support and deliver training to sales teams, distributors, and customers, ensuring technical excellence and strong customer relationships across the network.
key responsibilities
technical product support
* provide product specifications, limitations, and recommendations to sales and distributors.
* support pre-sales and post-sales activities via phone, email, and field visits.
* assist customer service with basic technical inquiries.
training & development
* lead monthly training workshops (monterrey & mexico city).
* coordinate event logistics (scheduling, registration, travel, accommodation, certificates).
* conduct monthly virtual trainings for distributors.
* develop presentations and materials tailored to each session.
field support
* conduct regional field visits with sales teams.
* deliver on-site technical training for distributors and users.
* identify business opportunities during customer visits.
candidate profile
* education: bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or mechatronics engineering.
* experience: 1–2 years in technical support or engineering roles.
* technical skills:
o erp system knowledge (desirable)
o microsoft office (100%)
o understanding of technical drawings/specifications
* languages: advanced english (required)
* other requirements: valid u.s. Visa and passport; availability to travel.
* soft skills: detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communication, organizational skills, and ease for public speaking.

compensation and benefits
* monthly salary: mxn $25,000 gross
