* maintain and manage a real-time, conflict-free calendar.

* monitor for issues such as cancellations, double bookings, or last-minute reschedules.

* track and respond to customer feedback to ensure a high level of service satisfaction.

* manage jobs on the waitlist and proactively recover cancellations.

* maintain a dynamic list of high-performing cleaners for top-priority jobs.

* calculate and verify weekly cleaner payments using google sheets.
">
* monitor and follow up on declined credit card transactions.
">
* closely coordinate with sales and customer success teams.

* track operational kpis and share performance updates.

* respond to urgent scheduling changes to ensure full coverage.

qualifications:

* at least 2 years of experience in operations, coordination, or scheduling roles.

* fluent in both english and spanish (written and verbal).

* strong organizational skills and responsiveness during assigned hours.
