this role is designed for a strong sales leader who knows the market, understands the products, and can drive business independently from day one.
key responsibilities
* lead and execute direct sales activities for polyram ep and polytron products in mexico
* develop new business and expand existing customer accounts
* build strong, long‐term relationships with oems
* act as the main commercial representative of polyram in the mexican market
* work closely with global sales, technical, and r&d teams
* support the setup and growth of the new business unit
requirements
* proven experience in the plastics industry, with a strong focus on engineering and thermoplastic solutions
* strong familiarity with the mexican market in relevant applications (automotive, electrical, industrial, etc.)
* demonstrated success in opening new accounts and growing technical sales
* hands‐on, target‐driven, and highly independent
* excellent negotiation and communication skills
* fluent in spanish and english
* willingness to travel within mexico
