as a* key account manager *specializing in ground freight at carolina logistics, you will be the key advocate for our clients, ensuring they experience seamless and successful ground freight logistics.
*requirements*:
- a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of proven experience working as an key account specialist/manager.
- experience in the logistics field, specifically in the ground freight industry.
- bachelor's degree in business, international business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- familiarity with crm tools.
- advanced english level (conversational).
*job activities*:
- cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- serve as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, and concerns, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
- identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts.
- collaborate with clients to understand their evolving needs and develop detailed proposals outlining customized solutions for key accounts.
- lead contract negotiations, including terms, pricing, and service agreements.
